PL: Projekt oferuje szkolenie z zakresu budowania potencjału dla trenerów będące odpowiedzią na rosnącą potrzebę lepszego zrozumienia i wspierania młodych ludzi w okresach zmian, niepewności i podejmowania ważnych decyzji życiowych.
Zmiana jest często postrzegana jako dezorientacja, strach, strata lub porażka, a nie jako stopniowy i wartościowy proces. Trenerzy napotykają trudności w tworzeniu bezpiecznego, empatycznego środowiska, które pozwala młodym ludziom odkrywać niepewność i rozwój bez presji i osądu.
Szkolenie poprowadzi profesjonalny trener posiadający certyfikat z metodyki Porozumienia Bez Przemocy (NVC).
W szkoleniu w Dobrinishte w dniach 2-10.06. wezmą udział 2 osoby reprezentujące ŁDK.
EN: The project offers a capacity-building training course for youth workers responding to the growing need to better understand and support young people during periods of change, uncertainty and important life decisions.
In a context of rapid social transformation, instability and increasing mental health challenges, youth workers are often required to guide young people through complex emotional processes without having sufficient space, tools or support themselves.
Change is frequently experienced as confusion, fear, loss or failure rather than as a gradual and meaningful process. The project addresses these needs by offering youth workers an experiential learning space to explore change as a process and to develop competences in guiding others through it. The training will be delivered by a professional trainer certified in the methodology of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
Two people representing ŁDK will take part in the training in Dobrinishte on June 2-10.
